Hello everyone! I was nominated to do this tag by Dee The Bookish Khaleesi–go to her blog cause it’s super pretty and she’s one creative blogger. Thanks much for tagging me Khaleesi!
Find A Book For Each Of Your Initials
My initials are TM, and there’s so many books that starts with T. I’ll go with these: Twisted by Laurie Halse Anderson for “T” and Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs for “M”.
Count Your Age Along Your Bookshelf: What Book Is It?
Awake at Dawn (Shadowfalls#2) by C. C. Hunter. EEEK! I hated this book when I read it for the first time. Don’t get me wrong: this book has some swoon-worthy boys, but too much fluff + super hot boys + whiny protagonist does not make a book.
Pick A Book That Represents A Destination You Would Like To Travel
Oooh now that’s a tough one. I am feeling like China so I’ll pick North Of Beautiful by Justina Chen Headley.
Pick a book that is your favorite color
My favorite color changes everyday. Tonight I’m feeling blue/purple.
Which book do you have the fondest memory of?
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. My grandmother gave me a first edition of this when I was 13, and it is one of my most cherished books ever.
Which book did you have the most difficulty reading?
This one is easy: Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini. In all my life I’ve never DNF’d a book except for this one.
Which book in your tbr pile will give you the biggest sense of achievement?
This book was so horrible, that when I finished it, I be like –
AND that’s it guys! This has been such a fun tag, that I can’t think of just a few people to nominate, so I’ll just go ahead tag YOU. Yes, you. If you have been reading it and if you like this post consider yourself tagged.
I’m definitely doing this tag! It is SO fun. I feel like I’m always trying to write ‘tag’ posts, but then I never end up finishing them. I’ll get on this right away, though. And my favorite colors are blue/purple too!
Aw cute tag! That is a beautiful Pride and Prejudice cover and a story to go with it! I think my fondest book would be either one of Roald Dahl’s books, Percy Jackson, or of course Harry Potter.
I’m probably the only bookworm who has never read the Harry Potter series! I don’t know why but I never bothered. Most of my childhood passed between the pages of classics like Uncle Tom’s Cabin and The Children of The New Forest or fairy tales from different cultures, especially Russia.
Thanks so much for dropping by! Hope to see you again 😊
